Use this simple shooting drill to foster competition among your players and work on shooting under pressure.
Shooter starts in position 1 and must make 2 in a row from a spot to move on. The shooter has 90 seconds to make 2 in a row at all 7 spots.
Keep track of the personal best (fastest time) for each player on your team, so players are trying to beat their best as well as the team high score.
Variation: Instead of time, you can also track number of total attempts.
