Here is another play from the Iowa State/Kansas State game. Iowa State starts with 2 dribble hand-offs. On the second one, 4 sets a back-screen for 2. 2 cuts to the rim for a lob pass.

3 drives middle.
4 sets a back-screen for 2 who cuts to the rim for a lob.
