The play starts with 4 screening down for 5 and 1 giving 3 the ball on a dribble hand-off. 3 then passes to 2 as 4 steps out to the wing. 2 dribbles left off a screen from 5. 1 sets a back-screen for 5 on the roll.

1 gives the ball to 3 on a dribble hand-off as 4 screens down for 5.

3 dribbles towards the top of the key and passes to 2.
4 moves out to the wing.
1 moves down to the block.

5 sets a ball-screen for 2.
2 passes to 3 who passes to 4.
1 sets a back-screen for 5 rolling off of the ball-screen.
