Using the Spurs Motion Weak as a decoy entry, the Rip set begins when it looks like the first set failed. After the screen the screener action, they break it down into a floppy formation and then one guard pops out and the other sets a backscreen.

3 exits off 5 to the wing, 1 passes to 3 and cuts through to the opposite wing. 3 reverses the ball to 4 who passes to 1.
