Tulsa used this play in the First Four game against Michigan to get a layup. If the guard hands the ball off instead of turning the corner, 4 sets a ball-screen behind the handoff.

1 dribbles to the left wing as 2 cuts in between 5 and 4.
3 runs the baseline to the right wing.
1 passes to 2.

2 dribbles right looking to turn the corner or give the ball to 3.
If 3 gets it, 4 follows behind to set a ball-screen.
