Duke used this option in the 1st half against UNCW, and it has the potential for many counters. The 5-2 fake DHO starts the play, while a DHO would set a potential stagger away. 1 takes the DHO and can attack, or look for the 4 coming off of the downscreen.

5 flashes for inbound pass. 2 can take DHO from 5, or 5 can fake. 1 curls 4 at the block.

5 DHO with 1, who can attack rim. 5 continues into pin down for 4.
