Here is a set play used by Oklahoma in the NCAA Tournament. The first option is to pass to 5 in the post. If that isn't there, 5 steps out to set a ball-screen.

1 dribbles to the left as 3 makes a shallow cut to get the ball.
Once 3 has the ball, 5 ducks in hard in the lane.

If 5 isn't open, he runs out to set a high ball-screen for 3.
