The Nuggets run this "ram action" play by setting a screen for 2 in the corner and having 2 cut to set a flat ball screen for the point guard. As 1 uses the ball screen, 2 pops for a shot at the high post.
2 cuts off of 4 and sets a ball screen for 1.
1 drives right and 2 pops for a shot.
