This misdirection play is used to get the ball to 5 posting up inside. The ball screen at the top of the key could also be a great pick and pop opportunity.

4 passes the ball to 3 then cuts to the opposite corner.

3 dribbles off of a high ball screen and 4 runs the baseline to the left corner.
3 looks to pass to 1 on the wing.
1 passes to 5 posting up inside.
