The Cleveland Cavs ran this play late in the 3rd quarter of their season opening game against the New York Knicks. The double back screen creates a look for 3 in the post. x5 has to help on the screen which gives an opportunity for 5 popping up top for a 3 off of the pindown screen. This can be especially effective when utilizing a 5 with shooting range, which the Cavs have with Channing Frye.

3 steps out to set a ball screen for 1.
1 dribbles to the middle and passes to 4.

2 & 5 set a backscreen for 3.
1 screens for 5.
4 looks for 3 in the post or 5 at the 3 point line.
