1. 1 Dribbles off of 5's ball screen.

Option 1 - 1 creates his own shot off of the ball screen.

2. 5 rolls to the basket, 2 starts cutting up towards 2, 4 starts cutting up towards the ball side wing.

Option 2 - 1 passes to 5 on the pick and roll.

1. 2 gets a hand off from 1, 1 cuts to the corner.

2. 2 dribbles off of 4's ball screen, 5 relocates to the opposite block.

Option 1 - 2 creates his own shot off of 4's ball screen.

3. 4 rolls to the rim.

Option 2 - 2 passes to 4 on the pick and roll.
