The Minnesota Timberwolves ran this play frequently in their Christmas Day game against the Oklahoma City Thunder. It was designed to get the ball to their 3 (Andrew Wiggins) where he can create off of a ball screen. 4 & 5 give screen options for 3. 3 comes off the screen up top to receive the pass from 1. 4 or 5 can sprint into a ball screen with the other post relocating for spacing.
