  • Basketball Play - Post Up: DeForest - Triple Post Secondary

  • Frame 1 - Fill spots in secondary break with wings out wide and first post man across half court posts up. 1 makes the wing pass and cuts through to the weakside block.
     

  • Frame 2 - On ball reversal to the trailer, 5, we look again inside to the post for the High/Low.
     

  • Frame 3 - If the High/Low is not there, 3 screens down on the 1. 1 fills the wing spot for ball reversal.
     

  • Frame 4 - 3 sets a cross screen for the 4 cutting across the lane. As this is happening, the 5 is moving to set a down screen. We want the screens to be very precise and sequential in the timing. 3 then pops out to the top. 1 can feed 4 or swing to 3 to start our 4 Man Flex as 2 elevates and 5 spaces to corner.
