This is a base set the West Virginia Mountaineers frequently use. Starting in a two-guard front, the 1 passes to the wing. 1 and 2 then make an "X" cut off of 5. Once 5 catches the ball up top he looks for open players off fo the pindowns for both guards.

1 passes to 3.

2 cuts over 5 to the block.
1 follows 2 for a second cut over 5.
5 pops up top to receive the pass from 3.

3 screens for 2.
4 screens for 1.
5 looks for either player off the screens for a shot.
