Drill instructions below.
- Split your team into to groups them send each group to its own basket.
- The coach determines how many 3's need to be made (e.g., 10) and how many free throws need to be made (e.g., 5).
- Players 1, 2, and 3 shoot while 4, 5, and 6 rebound. That group must make 10 3's then make 5 free throws before players 4, 5, and 6 shoot to make their 10 3's and 5 free throws.
- The first end of court to complete the round is the winner.
