In Valencia's early offensive play, coach Pedro Martinez employed a Loop Cut & Empty Corner Side pick-and-Roll,a technique used by many teams. This was followed by a Dallas Action screen for a second ball. It's particularly noteworthy that the second ball screen was positioned at an elbow angle, making it more difficult for the defense to react to the wide spacing.
