Out of their secondary break, Michigan State runs rip screen to high ball screen to isolate their big on the block-primary look. Important that 5 immediately sets mid screen after setting rip screen. Michigan State runs variations of this play depending on their match-ups.

5 sets rip screen for 4, 5 immediately sets high ball screen for 2... 2 uses ball screen and passes to 1, 1 passes to the posting 4.
