1 passes to 5 at the high post then cuts off of a back-screen from 4 into the lane. If 1 isn't open, 1, 2, and 3 clear to the left side of the floor. 4 sets a ball-screen for 5 giving 5 the entire right side of the floor to take his man to the basket.

If 1 isn't open, he clears to the left side of the floor.
2 cuts across the baseline to the left corner.
3 cuts up to the wing.
4 sets a ball-screen for 5.
