1 passes to 5 at the elbow and loops around looking for a hand-off. If the hand-off isn't there, 1 continues around 5 and screens for 3 in the corner. If 3 cuts to the basket, 1 cuts to the wing. If 1 gets the ball, 5 steps out to set a ball-screen and 4 sets a down-screen for 3.

1 passes to 5 then loops around looking for the hand-off.
If 1 gets the ball he looks to drive and score.

If 1 doesn't get the hand-off he continues to the corner to screen for 3.
3 cuts to the basket looking for the pass from 5.
If 3 isn't open 5 passes to 1.

Once 1 has the ball, 5 sets a ball-screen and 1 drives middle.
4 screens down for 3 who cuts up for a shot.
