1 dribbles off of a high ball-screen from 5. 4 dives down to the block as 3 and 2 slide to the corners. If 1 can't score, he looks to pass back to 5 for a shot.

1 dribbles right then turns to take the high ball-screen from 5.
As 1 is attacking, 3, 4, and 2 all drop down to the baseline.
1 looks to score or pass out to the open man.

With all of the defensive players dropping, 1 can also pass back to 5 popping off of the screen.
