About This Play/Drill

The idea of this play is dribble the ball at your teammate and get your defender to help up on the hand off. This will make your defender out of place and when he gets back screened he wont be able to recover in time and the man that handed the ball off has a wide open layup.

  • 1. 1 passes to 3 and cuts to the wing.

    2. 3 dribbles at 2 for a handoff. 5 cuts to ball side block. 4 loops above ball side elbow for a back screen.

  • 1. 2 dribbles to the top of the key & passes to 1.

    2. 3 cuts off of 4's back screen, & looks for pass from 1.

    Option 1 - 1 passes to 3 for a lay up.
