Creighton 100 is a great team shooting drill that also doubles as a fun, challenging conditioner. 100 made baskets in five minutes is the minimum. Obviously, the more skilled your team is the higher the goal should be. More times than not our goal is 120 mfg's for our varsity team. Teams will discover the importance of precision passing, fundamental layup skills and positive energy. We really like to finish with this competition the day before a game. See More

Play live 3v3 but with the following rules. Rule 1: Any dribble that does not attack or break the plane of the 3 point line is a turnover. Rule 2: The only place the ball can be caught is on a cut to the rim or behind the 3pt line. Play make it take it to 10 by 1s and 2s. See More

2 on defense, 2 on offense. The defenders are in the corner and wing on one half f the court, and the offense on the other. The first defender passes to the second defender and begins to closeout diagonally. The second defender skips the ball and then closesout to the gap. Live play begins on the offense catch. See More
