Favorite Send to FastDrawIn this inbounds play, 2 makes a zipper cut off of 5 to get the ball from 1. 4 moves up to set a ball-screen for 2 just as he catches it. As 2 dribbles left, 4 rolls to the basket and 5 replaces 4 at the top of the key. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawIn this set, Serbia starts with a pass to 4 and a quick pass back to 1 as 1 moves from right to left. 4 then flares off of 5 and 5 sets a ball-screen for 1. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawFast-paced, dynamic drill using the Dr. Dish for your whole team or a small group. Emphasizes the power dribble action into a dribble handoff into a 1 dribble pull up. Multiple angles of attack, multiple shots at a time! See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawThe ball is entered to LeBron James at the high post and the point guard screens away to the left elbow. 4 makes a cut to the block and 1 cuts back out to to get the ball. 3 then sets a ball-screen for 1 as 4 screens for 2 running the baseline. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawThe number one set the Thunder run for Kevin Durant. Durant sets a high ballscreen out of stack and then dives to the rim. After he sets a screen for the man in the corner, and then receives a screen from the 5 man after he sets a ballscreen for the point guard. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawMiami Heat ran this against the Toronto Raptors late in third quarter (Game 7) to get Dragic in Middle Ball Screen. Ultimately Winslow (4) gets catch and shoot 3pt. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawA great drill that simultaneously improves your team and individual players offensively and defensively is a series of 3 on 3 drills. Offensively, we work on dribble hand-offs, cuts, shooting, passing, catching, screens, and timing. Defensively, we work on communication and the different ways to defend screens. I also like this drill because it helps to reduce turnovers. See More

Favorite Send to FastDrawThis set puts your point guard in a position to make a play off the catch. The quick rub screen forces X1 to have to help on 5 to prevent the layup, which then makes him late recovering to 1 on the ballscreen. If you are able to get a layup for the 5 man the first time you run it, that will set up the ballscreen even more for the second time you go to it. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawThis set provides that opportunity because as 1 is catching the ball, the 5 man is setting a ballscreen immediately on X1, giving 1 a chance to attack in a straight line drive right off the catch. Also, this can be an effective play against a team that will blitz/hard hedge the side ballscreen, as 2 can hit 1 quickly off the screen and 1 will have plenty of time to throw the lob to 4 rolling to the basket before the defense recovers. Favorite Send to FastDrawA very well designed late game SLOB play by the Thunder. For coaches looking to run this set, I believe it is important to make sure your best ball-handler/playmaker is coming off the double ballscreen, as this will make the man guarding the second screener to show/hedge out because he has to respect the ball-handler on the drive/shot and this rotation could make him late getting back to his own man. This is also effective if the defense is switching, because now the man coming off the fade screen has a mismatch. The Thunder do a great job here clearing out the side so that if Durant does not have a shot, he has plenty of room to take his man. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawThe OKC Thunder ran this play late in the fourth quarter against the Dallas Mavericks in Game 2. Russell Westbrook ended up getting wide open catch and shoot from Kevin Durant off pin-down. See More
