Favorite Send to FastDrawDown by six with 90 seconds left in the National Championship game North Carolina ran a quick hit baseline out of bounds play to get their best player #5 Paige an open 3-point look in the corner. He hit the shot and in a blink of an eye it went back to a one possession game. What I like about this Baseline out of bounds play is that it has a few options to get a lay-up that went un-noticed because Paige ended up hitting the 3 in the corner. The first action is the back screen set for the point guard to cut right to the rim for a quick entry pass and score. The second you don’t really see in the video due to the ball not reversing. If the pass would have been made to the top of the key to the 3 man who had set the back screen for 1, then 1 would have set a cross screen for the 5 man who had just set the screen to free up Paige for the shot. This put’s the 5’s defender in a really tough spot having to show or help on Paige then get screened going back the opposite way to an entire side cleared out for a post iso. See More

Favorite Send to FastDrawThis Dr. Dish shooting drill is designed to get 3 point shots on the move laterally and to work on footwork. Whether you teach the 1-2 or the hop, this drill can get each player plenty of repetitions in 60 seconds. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawThis Dr. Dish shooting drill is designed to get 3 point shots on the move, meeting the pass, and with a level of conditioning built in. For a more difficult workout, move the cones further away and adjust the tempo accordingly. See More

Favorite Send to FastDrawOklahoma on offense ran a lot of dribble weave to force the defense to communicate and make decisions weather to switch hand offs, go under, open up and slide thru, or go over the top. This was one of the few actions they ran against Villanova to get the ball on the block. In this play I would recommend using your best player like Oklahoma used #24 Heild. The action is a simple rub screen to allow the post player to seal his man deeper then he normally would be able too. By using your best player to set the rub screen it forces his man to stay attached to him which creates essentially a double screen, plus the 5 man defending the post may show or offer some help in defending the best player. Favorite Send to FastDrawThe number one set the Thunder run for Kevin Durant. Durant sets a high ballscreen out of stack and then dives to the rim. After he sets a screen for the man in the corner, and then receives a screen from the 5 man after he sets a ballscreen for the point guard. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawThis is a great set the Thunder have found success running against every team this year. Designed like their normal 54 Dive set in which Ibaka pops off a ballscreen out of horns, they look to get a lob for Roberson. Roberson is open because most teams "dummy" him or leave him open intentionally due to his lack of shooting. Look for the Thunder to run this against Golden State, since Golden State has a playoff history of ignoring players who cannot shoot. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawThe Oklahoma City Thunder run a great backdoor set for Russell Westbrook with Kevin Durant passing. After intial action similar to floppy, Durant comes off a pindown into a dribble hand off. After the hand off he hesitates looks at Westbrook who then plants and goes backdoor. Look for the Thunder to unleash this set in the conference finals, typically after a time out. See More
