Favorite Send to FastDrawA very common action among NBA teams is the Phoenix Drag, or in other words a ballscreen in transition before the defense can be set. They use this alot to get Steph attacking early in the offense to try and get easy scores. A big key to watch in this series is the way they run this ballscreen vs ICE defense. The Cavs ICE the ballscreens, or push the ballhandler to the sideline with two defenders, so the Warriors may try to have Draymond pop to the top of the key for a shot. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawAn adaptation from the Phoenix Suns 7 Seconds or Less offense, this is an early offensive attack that has been very effective for Golden State. The idea is to push the ball ahead as quickly as possible to the wing with a pass or dribble. There are built in options into this series, with an option to dribble hand off back to the point guard, keep it and come off ballscreen, and look opposite for weak side player coming off of the screen. Favorite Send to FastDrawSHALLOW is a great quickhitting play to helps you attack Zone looks with a simple, but hard to guard action, giving you either a wide open look from 3 or an easy, high percentage paint touch. It was our gp-to play vs. 2-3 Zones last season. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawFour-Out continuity offense Tips for running 1-game: Make it your secondary break. Sprint off the rebound or opponent's made FG to these spots. When the ball is reversed, you are in 1-game After you pass to the high post, WAIT until they fully reverse. THEN cut hard right off their butt. (brush screen) It is the cutter's responsibility to time this. The high post is simply going to downscreen. When reversing to the single guard side, look for the overplay and backdoor cut When you have the ball at the wing DO NOT make pass to the high post until you have check the cuttter coming off the brush screen AND the screening post rolling back to you! Favorite Send to FastDrawDavid Blatt has been adding new sets almost every single game throughout this season. To start the playoffs he added this new set "Zipper Cross" to try and get Kevin Love a post up in Game 1. Throughout Games 1 & 2 he then ran this set with different counters and options out of it, the main one being a high Pick & Roll for Kyrie Irving to attack out of. The set starts off with a Zipper cut (typically by Kyrie Irving) and then the bigs cross, looking to get Kevin Love to seal out of it. If the post is not open or if Blatt wants Kyrie to attack out of the Pick & Roll, the 5 man continues high and Love exits to the corner to space the floor. They have also ran this for Lebron to post & then counter that with him flashing to the Elbow for an isolation. See More

Favorite Send to FastDrawJohn Beilein had a masterful game plan against the Syracuse 2-3 Zone and here is another example of moving players and the ball to get the best possible shot The Orangemen were consistently spread out by the passing of the Wolverines and had their fair share of open looks There were also many secondary options off the sets which created match-up problems for the vaunted Syracuse Zone Defense of Jim Boeheim See More
Favorite Send to FastDraw1-4 low set from NC State this past season. Tough action to guard with the 2 man coming off multiple staggered screens. See More

Favorite Send to FastDraw5 and 4 start at the elbows. 4 screens for 2 who makes a zipper cut up the lane line. 1 dribbles to the right wing. Once 2 has cleared, 3 cuts around 5 and 4 from th left elbow to the right corner. If 3 gets the ball without a shot, he looks to drive middle as 2 and 1 relocate for a shot. See More
Favorite Send to FastDraw5 and 4 start at the elbows and screen down for 3 and 2. 1 dribbles to the right wing and gives the ball to 3 on the zipper cut. 2 quickly passes to 3, and 1 runs across a staggered baseline screen to the opposite corner. If 1 doesn't have a shot, 2 makes a cut off of a back screen for 4 and a cross screen from 5. If the shot for 2 isn't there, 5 runs toward 1 as if setting a ball-screen and slips towards the rim. 4 sets a ball-screen for 1. See More
