The Down Option is our fourth option within our Thirty Series. Again if you can get into Thirty series before the defense is set, use different options and run it on left and right side you can get some high percentage shots and keep the defense off balanence. I encourage you to go YouTube and watch the different ways the Hurry Up/Pistol is ran in the NBA as well as the WNBA.

DOWN OPTION: (34) 1 passes to 5.

DOWN OPTION: (33) 1 sprints off 2's screen looking for the pass from 5 for the lay up.

DOWN OPTION: (33) 5 & 2 perform dribble hand off. 4 moves in position to screen for 3.

DOWN OPTION (33): If 2 can't score off the DHO she looks to make pocket pass to 5 rolling to basket or pass to 3 coming off the pin down screen. 1 lifts up.

DOWN OPTION (33): 2 passes to 1 who lifted up. 1 looks to shot, drive or pass to 5 posting up.
