Greek professional club Panathinaicos used this action in a 2014-2015 game against arch rival Olympiacos. The movement above the top of key allows the post player a good 1 on 1 opportunity on the block.
- 1 hits 3 on the wing, who then feeds 5 posting up.
- 4 will back screen for 1 who cuts to the rim as 3 cuts to the top of the key
- 3 and 4 stagger screen for 2 coming from the opposite side of the floor as 5 backs in and attacks his defender
