Play designed to use a ball screen that turns into a post isolation if the ball screen fails.

#1 passes the ball to #2 on the cut to the wing. #5 screens #1 to the opposite coner. Screen used to set the defender up for the ball screen.

#2 uses #5's ball screen and passes to 4 if the ball screen does not open up any lanes. On the pass to #4, #3 cuts across the lane to screen #5 cutting to the block. The block should be open for a pass from #1.
