Alignment can start exactly like lane-lane or the wide screener can set up on the perimeter

The Blockers (4&5) must still remain on their half of the court

4 is the "wide" blocker. He can set screens anywhere within the shaded area.

5 is the "lane" screener (blocker) meaning he follows the rule of screening only along the lane line on his half of the floor.

4 is the "wide" screener (blocker) and he now has the freedom to screen from the midline to the sideline on his half of the court.

He can backscreen and separate beyond the arc. He can lineup outside the arc and set downscreens. He can set pin screens for movers exiting the lane.
