This play ended up with an open shot on the wing off of the flare-screen. This is a great way to move out of staggered screens and forces the defense to pick who to guard (3 on the initial cut or 5 on the flare).

2 makes an Iverson cut off of 4 and 5 to the right wing.
1 passes to 2 then makes a shallow cut to the right corner.

4 and 5 set a staggered screen for 3.

4 sets a flare-screen for 5.
