Oregon uses this play to get the ball in an isolation at the top of the key. It really works well if your 5 man can drive.

1 passes to 2 on the wing.

1 and 4 cut to opposite corners.
2 passes to 5 stepping out.

5 takes his man to the basket from the top of the key.
