In this horns play, Indiana gets a wide open back cut to the rim. The play starts with two ball screen for the point guard as he drives right.

4 cuts to the corner as 5 sets a ball screen for 1.
If x3 helps on the roll by 4, 3 may be open cutting to the rim.
