Notre Dame ran this play in the first half against North Carolina. They run a quick slot ball screen straight into a handoff/ball screen combo. They roll the post to the block and the guards look to penetrate and kick.

5 and 4 screen down for 3 and 2.
1 passes to 2.

1 cuts to the left wing.
3 moves out as if to get the ball but cuts back out to the left corner.
5 sets a screen for 2.

2 dribbles left to give the ball to 1 with a handoff.
5 follows behind to set a ball screen.
5 rolls.

3 fills behind the action and looks to catch the ball from 1 on the move and drive into the lane.
