Notre Dame used this play in the second half against UNC. They run their down screen motion to a two man game on the left side. On the pick and roll, the point guard throws it up for a lob.

4 and 5 screen down for 2 and 3 who cross to the wings.

1 cuts to the left corner.
3 dribbles up and passes to 4 on the right wing.

3 screens for 2 cutting to the ball.
4 passes to 2 who passes to 3.

3 passes to 1 on the left side of the floor.

5 sets a ball screen for 1.
1 drives and 5 rolls.
