The 1 dribbles the ball up, the 5 gets in mid-post position, the 4 is the trailer and the wings space, the 2 in the corner and the 3 on the wing.

The swings the ball to the 4 who dribbles at the 3 who acts like he's coming for a hand-off but really cuts backdoor and clears to the opposite corner. The 2 comes to get the dribble hand-off from the 4 who spaces afterwards.

The 5 pops to the three point line to swing the ball to the 3.

After the 5 swings the ball, the 1 sets a back pick and the 5 cuts to the pinch post, cutting ball side of the screen.

If the 1 is denied, it triggers an automatic read. The 4 flashes to the strong side elbow to get the ball and the 1 cuts back door for the lay up. The 5 crashes the boards, the 2 and 3 are responsible for getting back on defense.
