The 1 dribbles up to the three point line and hits the 4, the 2 makes a flex cut off the screen by the 5.

If not open the 4 executes a dribble hand-off wit the 1 as the 5 sets the first of a double staggered screen for the 2 and clears out to the opposite post.

Right after the dribble hand-off, the 4 sets the second screen of the double staggered for the 2 and flashes to the rim for a lob. The 1 can find the 2 for a three, throw the lob to the 4, and if neither are open can hit the 3 to post the 5.
