Players line up at whatever spot the coach decides. Each player has a ball. Players will pass the ball out to themselves, catch it and attack according to the teaching points shown.
Execute the following:
- Catch and go
- Jab and go middle
- Jab shot fake go
- Jab shot fake go middle
