Notre Dame used this Box set, to get a wide open 3, in their win over Princeton. Had the 3-point shot been taken away, Notre Dame would have had a post iso available.

2 diagonal cuts to the opposite wing.
3 cuts to the opposite corner.

1 shallow cuts to the opposite wing.
5 and 4 set a double ball screen for 2.

As 2 comes off the ball screen, 1 and 3 exchange.

After 2 comes off the ball screen...
5 rolls to the rim.
4 creates space by popping for the 3.
