Florida Gulf Coast utilized this zone set against Florida State, in their match-up in the 2017 NCAA Tournament. The play resulted in a dunk attempt for FGCU.

4 and 5 set a screen for 2
2 cut to the opposite corner
This extended X4 to guard the shooter -
4 sets a step up flat ballscreen on X1
5 ducks in to seal X5 -
1 drives off of the flat ball screen, directly to the rim
3 cuts corner, for a baseline drift -
If X4 helps
It is an easy pass to the shooter (2) in the corner.
