2 passes to 4 on the wing. 5 is at the elbow and 1 and 3 are in the corners.

3 cuts to the basket then receives a screen from the 5 and cuts back to the corner. After 2 passes to 4, 2 immediately cuts to the wing and brushes 4s defender as 4 drives to the basket.
