This BLOB allows for a quick 3pt shot in the strong side corner or an iso/3pt shot once the ball is reversed.

#32 and #14 set a baseline staggered screen for #23
#23 comes of screens to the strong side corner and looks for a 3pt shot

If 3pt shot is not available, #23 uses their dribble to reverse the ball
#14 pops lane line extended to get reversal pass from #23
#10 fills the corner

#14 Drives the ball to the rim or kick to #30 in the corner for a 3pt FGA
