The San Antonio Spurs used this after timeout play to get a layup for Danny Green off a slip screen. 5 flashed up the lane to receive the pass from 1. 2 sets a flare screen for 1, then slips the screen to cut to the basket for a layup.

4 goes backdoor.
5 cuts up the lane line to receive the pass from 1.
2 cuts to the wing.

2 sets a flare screen for 1 then slips to the basket.
5 passes to 2 for a layup.
