This is a variation of the baseline out of bounds play (BLOB) "Oakland" that I posted some time ago. This play is run from a 1-4 high formation as opposed to a 1-4 low formation to take advantage of teams that like to play man-to-man defense against baseline inbounds plays.

Options for Inbounds Passer (#3) illustrated in Part 1:
1) #2 coming off of stagger double set by #'s 4 and 5.
2) #4 slipping to the basket. Look for the switch.
3) #5 slipping to the basket. Look for the switch.
Part 2
If none of the first three options comes open, #1 will come to the top of the key area and look to get the ball. From here, we will call a set and look to get into our half-court offense.
