Here is a side out of bounds set that the Lakers run to get a shot for Kobe (2 in this set). This is am effective set because it gives your best shooter a qulaity look at a clean three pointer or a chance to feed the post as 5 cuts to the block after setting his screen.

1 gets himself open
3 throws into 1

2 sets a ball screen for 1
3 cuts hard to the weak side corner
-
5 and 4 set a double flare screen for 2
2 runs off of the screen to the strong side wing
1 skips the ball to 2 for a jumper
5 cuts to the block after his screen
