The Heat ran this play in the 3rd quarter of their game 5 win over the Pacers. The actions is very similar to the play posted here http://www.fastmodelsports.com/library/basketball/fastdraw/2187/play-Elbow-Weak-Stagger
The difference is instead of 4 screening 1 into a 2 man game with 3, 4 turns back to set the ball screen. Haslem's man was zoning the middle of the lane to protect a back door cut, a hard curl, or a slip. By having Haslem set the screen there was no type of help coverage on the ball screen and James had a wide open 17 ft. jump shot.
1 (Chalmers) passes to 3 (James)
1 and 4 (Haslem) set a stagger for 5 (Bosh)
4 turns and sets a ball screen for 3
