After setting the stagger screen 5 pops back to get the pass from 2. 1 spaces to the wing, and 3 moves to the block.

On 5's catch he dribbles the ball to the 1 for a dribble handoff. 1 gets the ball and attacks the lane, while 5 dives hard to the rim. 3 and 4 space to the corner.
