Hammer set ran by Loyola Chicago in the first round of the 2018 NCAA Tournament. Loyola was down three with a little over a minute left in the game and ran this set to get an open look and tie the game.

Final Four Breakdown: Loyola-Chicago Ramblers: Executing on Both Ends
1 passes to 3 and then loop cuts around 4 and pops to wing.
4 cuts to top of key.
3 passes to 4.
4 pass fakes to 1 and then passes back to 3.
5 cuts to the opposite block as 2 blast cuts to ball side block.
5 sets a hammer screen for 1.
As soon as 2 catches the ball, 2 turns and dribbles baseline and passes to 1 for shot.
