Toronto Raptors set vs Washington Wizards in 2018 NBA Playoffs. Play is designed to get DeMar DeRozan downhill on the weak side off the court.
Play starts with 4 and 5 setting singles to get the 3 and 2 (DeRozan) open. 1 performs DHO with 3 and the ball is swung to 2 coming off a single down screen.
5 runs into a high step up ball screen. 2 has one side of the court to attack downhill and read the defense for drive, drop off or kickout.

4 and 5 set down screens 2 and 3.
1 DHO with 3.
3 swings to 2.

2 receives step up ball screen from 5.
1 cuts to ball side wing.
3 fills to corner.
4 spaces.
