This is a SLOB End Game play run by the Phoenix Suns under Mike D'Antoni. There is a need for a three pointer with only 4 seconds left on the clock. The play is designed to get either Nash or the 2-guard a clean look for three.

Triple Stagger for 2. The last screener, 4, slips to the block for the inbound and catches.

The last two frames show the same "split" action between 1 and 2, only with 2 and 1 splitting in different directions. The cleanest look will be for whoever is in the corner. If neither option is open, 5 sets a hammer screen on x3 so 3 can pop to the corner for a catch and shoot corner three pointer.
