Last night I wanted to get to bed early after moving all weekend but got caught watching the 2008 NBA Finals between the Lakers-Celtics, and I couldn't turn it off! This is an action out of Phil Jackson's Triangle Offense that allows for two simultaneous scoring cuts from Kobe Bryant and Derek Fisher. If the defense over helps on either screen slip 3 or 4 to the rim.
2 (Kobe) passed to 3 (Radmanovic) and cut to the opposite block. 3 then quick passed to 5 (Gasol) at the high post. At the same time 4 (Lamar Odom) pinned down for 2 (Kobe) and 3 pinned for 1 (Fisher).
